I'm writing, and writing...

Again I have Aristotle on the brain and I can't get to sleep because of it. I haven't had anyhting like this happen to me in quite awhile. I've discovered that I can write much about him without refering back to his texts. I guess it shouldn't suprise me. It just did because it has been awhile since I actually payed attention to my work. Now it seems possible again. Maybe if I get these last papers in. The Masters isn't as far out of reach as I thought it was to begin with. Nine hours next semester and boom... I'm finished. Then what? I don't really care right now. Maybe law school. I see no PhD program in my future though. Nope. I gave up on that one. Just doesn't seem as appealing as it once was. Well, I must sleep. Don't have time to play.

What to do when you graduate? Sounds like “senioritis” to me!

I just figured out that academia isn't exactly for me. Maybe I'm expecting too much out of my future occupation, but I sit here and read these articles and think, "what worth do these things have?" Other than the actual teaching, I don't see any reason for to go forward, and I can teach with a masters. So I look for something else. Where did that quote come from? I don't think I've seen that one before. Aristotle was a genius:)

Well thats awesome that you have something on the brain that you think is awesome :) hahaha
I've been reading more into the Anne Rice vampire chronicles lately. Oooooh, Stephen King's Rose Madder!!! You should really really read it someday. I usually get bored of Stephen King books but this one is about a female character and its not a horror book its a book about domestic violence and stuff like that. It is awesome!!!!! From the first page I was hooked into it. Its very suspenseful and written sooo well. It was so good I read the whole thing in 2 days. Its one of those books that gets into your head :)

I've been going to Half Price books a lot lately. I love that place!!!!! Books, books, books for sooo cheap!!!!! I also bought Demon Night (remember how that movie scared us so much when we were 15!!! Haha) and also the Attack of The Killer Tomatoes movie. I'm so weird...

Hi. I added your site to the top of my list of links. I'm glad you like my site.
I have a similar story. I did the Masters, but that was as far as I was going. I like working! :)

J-

You should look for Anne Rice's newest book, it is on the life of Jesus. I started looking at it in the book store and it looks great!

Thanks! I was a little troubled at this time because of all the work. I'm still torn between PhD or law school. I think it will depend on how I do on the GRE (I need to retake it) and the LSAT. That should make my mind up for me.

Merry Christmas!
